How Our Guarantee Works
We keep working until you have the images you want. We guarantee that you will be happy with your images.
How do we do that? We follow a process to make sure we understand your project and the output you need.
- We conduct a live test with every customer to understand every customers’ image quality requirements.
- We create a customer approved style guide which becomes the guaranteed quality level.
- All our work is compared to this approved quality standard and if it doesnt match, we redo it until you are 100% happy.
How can we guarantee our speed and meet your deadlines? Once the live test has been completed we know exactly how long it takes to create your images. We clearly define the production and QC time for you and agree on the deadline based on the live test results. Then we work 24 hours a day 7 days a week to meet the approved deadline. Our QC process ensures that we don’t make mistakes and you get exactly what you want every time.

How our Guarantee works.
- We will conduct a live test so we can see what your original materials are and fully understand your output needs and requirements. We need to answer these two questions. What are you going to supply us with and what do you need us to produce for you?
- Send all the original materials you have available at the highest level of resolution available.
- We will assess the original material and request anything that is missing or of poor quality
- Send output samples so we can see exactly what you require us to create. Visuals of other companies output as targets are great if you dont have any of your own.
- We will create a time and money quote for the test based on our 12 years experience of similar projects. Once the quote is approved we proceed to a live test. During this test we can work through any misunderstandings or complexities that arise. We will keep going until you are satisfied with the results.
- Then we can use the live test to show you the actual time needed for each image. Going forward this will be our benchmark for your work.
- If we got your images right, the live test is 100% billable on completion. Of course if you are not happy with the results you don’t need to pay for the live test
- From the live test we create a style guide and timeline for further work. These will become the Guaranteed Quality Level and Timeline for the next project.
- If the Scope Of Work changes during any project, we will include these changes in the style guide and timeline (and price) and revise the guarantee output so it includes the SOW changes.
